We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a ticket for a Tour. Below, we outline our cancellation policy to provide clarity and transparency in this process.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice:
If you wish to cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice before the Tour scheduled time, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund or make changes to your reservation. In this situation, the total amount of the reservation will be forfeited.

Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice:
If you decide to cancel your ticket with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the Tour scheduled time, you will have two options to choose from:

a) Refund with administrative fee:
Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice before the tango show’s scheduled time will be subject to an administrative fee equivalent to 30% of the total ticket value. The refund will be processed deducting this fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

b) Flexibility to change the date:
We also offer the possibility of keeping your ticket flexible and changing the date of the show without any additional charges. To make use of this option, it is necessary for you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the originally reserved time. We will be delighted to assist you in finding an alternative date that suits your needs.

It is important to note that any date changes or refunds will be subject to the availability of our tango shows.

Please note that once the scheduled time of the reserved tango show has passed, no refunds or date changes will be made.
