01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• Argentina Tango / we: the sales representative that acts as an intermediary in the sale of tickets for tango shows in Buenos Aires, located at Esmeralda 909, 3rd floor, office B, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
• Site: the Argentina Tango website and any related platform, tool or sales channel.
• User / you: any person who visits the site, shows interest in, or purchases any service offered through it.
• Tango house / tanguería / supplier: the end provider of the show and, where applicable, of the dinner and other services.
• Show / experience: the tango show and associated services offered by the tango house.
• Booking: the request and purchase of tickets for a show through the site.
• Voucher / confirmation: the document issued after completing payment, evidencing the booking.

02Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Argentina Tango website and by making a booking or purchase through it, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site or make purchases. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of these terms and any future updates.

Anyone making a booking on behalf of other people declares that they do so with their consent and accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking.

03Who we are

Argentina Tango is a sales representative that acts as an intermediary in the sale of tickets for tango shows in Buenos Aires. We act as intermediaries between you and the tango houses (tanguerías) that produce and perform the shows. We are not a travel agency and do not provide the shows ourselves: when you book a show, you purchase it directly from the supplier, and Argentina Tango facilitates that purchase and payment handling.

04Our services

Through our website you can:

• Browse information about the different available tango shows.
• Compare options, prices and formats (dinner show, show only, VIP categories, etc.).
• Book and purchase tickets online.
• Receive assistance and support before, during and after your purchase.

The organization, artistic content and delivery of the show and, where applicable, the dinner, are the responsibility of each tango house. We strive to keep the published information accurate and up to date, although schedule changes beyond our control may occur.

05Eligibility and use of the site

By using the site and making bookings, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, current and complete.
• You are 18 years or older. If you are a minor, you may only use the site and make bookings with the consent and supervision of an adult (parent or legal guardian).
• You use the site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and to make legitimate booking requests.

You agree not to use the site to make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, or for any purpose prohibited by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel bookings or suspend access to the site in the event of a breach of these conditions, without giving rise to any claim.

06Bookings and confirmation

To make a booking you must select the show, the format, the date and the number of people, and complete the payment process. Once the transaction is confirmed, you will receive a voucher or confirmation by email with the details of your booking. At that point, a purchase contract is formed directly between you and the tango house.

It is your responsibility to verify that the booking details (date, show, number of people, email) are correct. If you notice any error, please contact us as soon as possible. The provision of the show may be subject to conditions of each tango house, which we recommend you read.

07Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the selected currency (USD, EUR or BRL, as applicable) and include the items indicated in each show’s description. Currency conversions are approximate and the final amount may vary depending on the payment processor, your bank or issuing entity, and the applicable exchange rate.

• Payment is processed through secure third-party platforms.
• The booking is considered confirmed once payment is received.
• Prices are set by each tango house; Argentina Tango does not determine the shows’ pricing.
• Prices may change without notice until the booking is made; the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

08Cancellations and refunds

The conditions for cancellation, modification and refunds are detailed in our Cancellation Policy. As a general rule, we accept free cancellations at least 24 hours before the show, unless otherwise stated in the show’s description or the tango house’s conditions.

Where a refund applies, it will be processed to the original payment method once the corresponding amount is received from the tango house. No refunds are available once the show or contracted services have started. We recommend reviewing the Cancellation Policy before booking.

09Vouchers and show access

To enter the show you must present the voucher you received (printed or on your mobile device), along with an ID document if the tango house requires it. The voucher is personal and corresponds to the booking made. Arriving outside the indicated time may affect your assigned seating or access to the show, according to each venue’s policies.

10User responsibility and assumption of risk

You are responsible for your acts and omissions and those of the people participating in the experience under your booking. In particular, you agree to behave respectfully at the show venue, comply with applicable laws and the rules set by the tango house. Failure to comply with such rules may result in the supplier asking you to leave the venue.

You acknowledge that attending shows and activities carries inherent risks, and that to the extent permitted by law you assume the risks arising from your participation. It is your responsibility to assess that the chosen experience is suitable for you and those in your care.

11Argentina Tango’s responsibilities

Argentina Tango acts as an intermediary in the sale of tickets. Accordingly:

• We are not responsible for the quality, content or performance of the show or dinner, which are the responsibility of each tango house.
• We are not liable for schedule changes, delays or cancellations decided by the venue, beyond managing the appropriate solution according to the applicable policies.
• We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the user at the time of booking.
• We are not liable for incidental or consequential expenses (transfers, accommodation, meals or others) related to a booking.
• Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

12Prohibited activities

When using the site, you agree not to carry out, facilitate or enable third parties to carry out the following:

• Use the site for unauthorized commercial or unlawful purposes.
• Access, monitor or copy site content using robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means without our express written authorization.
• Bypass or breach the site’s security measures or access restrictions.
• Impose a disproportionate load on our infrastructure or interfere with the operation of the site.
• Frame, mirror or incorporate part of the site into another site without prior authorization.
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software associated with the site.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, defame or harm third parties, or to transmit illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Transmit viruses, malware or any code of a destructive nature.

13Fraud and phishing

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activities. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction, we may request additional information to verify the legitimacy of your booking. If you choose not to provide it, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, without liability for Argentina Tango.

There are phishing techniques (fake sites, messages or emails) designed to obtain personal or payment data. Please stay alert. If you detect or fall victim to a phishing attempt in the name of Argentina Tango, report it to info@argentina-tango.net and, where appropriate, to your bank or the competent authority.

14Electronic communications

By using the site or sending us emails and messages, you agree that we may communicate with you by electronic means (email, notifications or notices on the site). You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, we may continue to send you non-promotional messages related to your bookings.

15User content and reviews

You may post reviews, comments, photos or other content on the site or share it with us. You are solely responsible for the content you post and warrant that you have the necessary rights to do so, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene or offensive material.

By submitting content, you grant Argentina Tango a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish and display such content for purposes related to promoting our services. We may review, edit or remove user content at any time and at our discretion.

16Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites, offered for reference only. Their presence does not imply that Argentina Tango endorses them or is associated with their operators. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Access to those links is at your own risk, and you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of each site.

17Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, logos, images, design, trademarks and other elements) is the property of Argentina Tango or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproducing, distributing or using such content without prior written authorization is not permitted.

18Force majeure

There are exceptional circumstances in which Argentina Tango or the tango house may be unable to honor a booking or provide the services, due to causes beyond their control, such as acts of God or force majeure, pandemics or epidemics, government decisions, labor disputes, service outages, technical failures or other similar causes.

As an intermediary, Argentina Tango will not be responsible for such force majeure circumstances. In the event of cancellation for these causes, Argentina Tango’s responsibility is limited to processing the refund of the amount paid, after deducting applicable charges, to the extent the tango house makes such refund. Argentina Tango will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

19Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Argentina Tango, its employees, directors, agents and suppliers against any claim, action, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms & Conditions or the tango house’s conditions; (ii) your failure to comply with applicable law in connection with the use of the site or obtaining the services; or (iii) any personal, property or other damage resulting from your acts or omissions in connection with the use of the site or participation in the experiences.

20Changes and governing law

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Use of the site after such changes implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless applicable consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

21General provisions

• Partial invalidity: if any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver: failure to enforce any provision at any given time does not imply a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. Argentina Tango may assign these terms at its discretion.
• Entire agreement: these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Argentina Tango regarding their subject matter.
• Prevailing version: in the event of any discrepancy between the Spanish version of these terms and their translations, the Spanish version shall prevail.
