  • Bookings made after 10:00 pm are processed the following day.
  • Bookings are made in the name of the customer and our agency.
  • To attend the Tour, you must present the voucher, either physically or by email on your phone.
  • Our customer service team will contact you by email within 24 hours of receiving your payment to confirm your booking and the corresponding transfer details.

💳 Payment & Cancellation

  • Payments securely processed with Stripe, in US dollars, euros or Brazilian reais according to your chosen currency.
  • Accepted cards and methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PayPal and PIX (PIX available in Brazilian reais only).

Yes. This tour includes lunch at the Angolo restaurant in Puerto Madero, available Monday to Saturday. You can choose from the main course, dessert and drink options listed in the "Menu" tab. If you have any dietary restrictions, let us know when booking.
How long is the tour and what time is it?
The guided tour lasts approximately 3 hours and takes place in the morning, Monday to Saturday. Lunch follows the circuit. The tour's page indicates the duration, the departure time and the end point.
What language is the tour in?
Our tours have guides who communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese. If you need assistance in another language, write to us before booking and we'll confirm availability for your date.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Most of the route is done by vehicle, with drop-offs at the points of interest, so the tour still takes place in case of rain. If for weather reasons or force majeure we need to reschedule, we'll offer you an alternative date at no additional cost.
