- To attend the Tour, you must present the voucher, either physically or by email on your phone.
- Our customer service team will contact you by email within 24 hours of receiving your payment to confirm your booking and the corresponding transfer details.

- Payments securely processed with Stripe, in US dollars, euros or Brazilian reais according to your chosen currency.

How do I book my spot on the tour and where do we depart from?
You can book directly on our website: choose the tour, the number of people and the date, complete the payment form and enter the address where you'd like us to pick you up. Pick up is from hotels in the city centre, Puerto Madero and Recoleta; if you are staying in another area, we'll arrange a meeting point at the nearest hotel within the circuit. You'll receive a confirmation by email with all the details of the meeting point and time.
How long is the tour and which days does it run?
It is a full-day VIP excursion of approximately 8 hours, departing in the morning. It runs on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The tour ends at around 5:50 pm at the north dock in Puerto Madero.
What is lunch at Kanoo like?
Lunch is included and served at 1:00 pm at the Kanoo restaurant, located on an island on the Río Sarmiento, in the Delta. You can choose a starter, main course, dessert and drink from the options detailed in the "Menu" tab (there is also a kids' menu). After lunch there is free time to relax on the island. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking.
Will I be taken back to my hotel at the end?
This tour does not include a drop off. The return is on a Premium boat to the north dock in Puerto Madero, where the service ends at around 5:50 pm. From that point, passengers must make their own way back to their hotels. Puerto Madero has taxis and ride-hailing apps available.
What language is the tour conducted in?
Our tours have guides who communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese. If you need assistance in another language, write to us before booking and we'll confirm availability for your date.
