- Bookings made after 10:00 pm are processed the following day.
- Bookings are made in the name of the customer and our agency.
- To attend the Tour, you must present the voucher, either physically or by email on your phone.
- Our customer service team will contact you by email within 24 hours of receiving your payment to confirm your booking and the corresponding transfer details.

- Payments securely processed with Stripe, in US dollars, euros or Brazilian reais according to your chosen currency.

How do I book my spot on the tour and where do we depart from?
You can book directly on our website: choose the tour, the number of people and the date, complete the payment form and enter the address where you'd like us to pick you up. Pick up is from hotels in the city centre, Puerto Madero and Recoleta; if you are staying in another area, we'll arrange a meeting point at the nearest hotel within the circuit. You'll receive a confirmation by email with all the details of the meeting point and time.
What is the Sturla boat cruise like?
The tour includes a panoramic cruise aboard a state-of-the-art Sturla boat that sails the coastal channel of the Río de la Plata with views of the city and the port (Jorge Newbery Airport, Ciudad Universitaria, Puerto de Olivos, the San Isidro cliffs and the yacht clubs), and then enters the Paraná Delta up to the Tigre River Station. From there the tour continues by bus to the Puerto de Frutos and the city tour of Tigre.
How long is the tour and what time does it run?
The tour lasts approximately 4 hours and runs in the morning, Monday to Sunday. The tour details show the duration, departure time and drop off point.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is optional: it is included only in the "Tigre by Boat + Lunch" option, at the Angolo restaurant in Puerto Madero, available Monday to Saturday. You can see the main course, dessert and drink options in the "Menu" tab. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when booking. The "Tigre by Boat" option does not include lunch.
What language is the tour conducted in?
Our tours have guides who communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese. If you need assistance in another language, write to us before booking and we'll confirm availability for your date.
