Reservations are made under the name of the client and our agency.
• To enter the show, you must present the physical voucher or email on your mobile phone.
• The tango house determines the seating arrangements for guests in the salon on the same day of the show.
• Our customer service staff will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your payment to confirm your reservation and provide details regarding transportation.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Payments are processed securely through PayPal in US dollars.
• Accepted credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
– In case of not being able to attend the show, you must communicate via e-mail with 5 hours of pick up time and the date of the show must be changed, the fee is not refundable.
• In the event of a no-show, the option to change the date is forfeited and the rate is non-refundable.
– In case of hotel change, you must send an e-mail up to 5 hours before pick up time.
