At Argentina Tango we strive to provide high-quality service and ensure the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a ticket for a tango show. Below we detail our cancellation policy to give you clarity and transparency throughout the process.
02Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice
If you wish to cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice before the show time, unfortunately we will not be able to refund you or make changes to your booking. In this case, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
03Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice
If you decide to cancel your ticket with at least 24 hours’ notice before the show time, you can choose between two options:
Refund with an administrative fee
Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice is subject to an administrative fee equal to 30% of the total value of the ticket. The refund is processed after deducting this fee, and the remaining amount is returned to you.
Flexibility to change the date
You can also keep your ticket flexible and change the show date at no additional cost. To use this option, you need to notify us at least 24 hours before the originally booked time. We’ll be happy to help you find an alternative date that suits your needs.
04Availability
Please note that any date change or refund will be subject to the availability of our tango shows.
05Shows already held
Once the time of the booked tango show has passed, no refunds or date changes will be made.
